i think everyone would have that little ray of sunshine that was everything to them at some point in their life. but these rays of light only shine upon your path for only a brief moment. like the setting of the sun. because for that brief moment, you could see where you were going. you knew where you were headed. it illuminated the path that you would take. not unlike how a torch would guide you in a cave or a tunnel. it only shows a little distance from where you are. not the entire way ahead.

and yet, it made all the difference.

that ray of sunshine is probably what made them the who that they are today.
it is what moulded them into the person that they would become.
